CEO of FemTech Partners and a passionate advocate for
public policy, sustainability, and financial inclusion.

Neha is the CEO of FemTech Partners, and former UN Regional Lead for the Pacific, and an award-winning fintech, AI, and sustainability expert. She has worked extensively across Asia ondigital financial services, climate tech, and impact investing, collaborating with regulators and global institutions. A former lead for the ASEAN Economic Reform Programme by the UK Government, Neha has also worked on blended finance solutions for sustainability and spearheaded projects on blue bonds and ocean resilience in the Pacific.

Neha was recognized as one of Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech, a FinTech50 awardee (2019 & 2020), and one of the Top 33 Women in AI in 2025 for her contributions to AI-driven financial inclusion. .
