General Assembly 2024
On November 12, 2024, the General Assembly of Digital Invest Germany / Bundesverband Crowdfunding e. V. convened.
During the formal part of the meeting, the regular reports and resolutions were presented and discussed, along with the annual planning for 2025. The assembly was conducted in accordance with the association’s statutes.
This was followed by an exchange among members focusing on key regulatory, supervisory and market developments at both national and European level. In particular, discussions addressed:

- Outcomes of the BaFin workshop and next steps
- Developments related to the eWpG and the DLT Pilot Regime
- EU Listing Act
- ELTIF framework
- ECSP Regulation
- DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
