ECSP-R Working Group Meeting February 2026
On February 4th, 2026, Digital Invest Germany co-hosted an ECSP-R Working Meeting together with the European Digital Finance Association and partner associations from across Europe. The session focused on ongoing coordination efforts and key regulatory and operational topics relevant to crowdfunding platforms under the ECSP framework.
Discussions included updates on action points from previous meetings, the €5 million threshold, and reporting requirements such as LEI numbers for project owners and platforms. Participants also addressed cost disclosures in the KIIS and shared best practices on investor education across different European platforms. In addition, the group discussed preparations for upcoming initiatives, including the Málaga meeting in April 2026 and a joint webinar on co-listing of equity crowdfunding campaigns organized with international partners.
