General Assembly 2025
On November 12th, 2025, Digital Invest Germany held its General Assembly in Berlin, kindly hosted by Osborne Clarke. The meeting brought together members to discuss key developments within the association and the broader digital finance landscape, while also providing an opportunity for exchange among stakeholders in the ecosystem.
During the assembly, elections were held confirming the Board composition, with Uli Fricke as President and Guido Sandler as Vice-President, alongside Board members Tamo Zwinge, Dirk Littig and Patrick Hartmann. Christian Krösch was confirmed as auditor, and Dirk Völker was re-elected as Treasurer.
The General Assembly also featured a virtual session with the European Commission, focusing on developments related to the ECSP Regulation. The session was held jointly with fintech associations from across Europe, highlighting ongoing collaboration and dialogue at the European level.
