ECSP-R Working Group Meeting January 2026
On January 7th 2026, Digital Invest Germany co-hosted an ECSP-R Working Meeting together with the European Digital Finance Association and fintech associations from across Europe. The internal session brought together industry representatives to exchange on current regulatory developments and practical challenges related to the implementation of the European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation (ECSP-R).
The agenda covered a range of key topics, including unlicensed platforms, updates from the European Commission on the evaluation timeline, and the implications of PSD/PSR requirements for ECSP platforms. Further discussions addressed the €5 million threshold, cross-border co-listing of equity crowdfunding campaigns, and insights from the SME Finance Report, reflecting the continued coordination among European stakeholders on evolving market standards.
